The md simulation data were analyzed in terms of average atomic positions , root mean square ( rms ) fluctuations , monomer - monomer interactions , hydrogen bond ( h - bond ) network , secondary structure , and so on . through the comparison , we found that when the system includes zn2 + ions and phenol , the stability of insulin hexamer is enhanced , but the conformational flexibility related to its biological activity is decreased . in addition , the insulin hexamer tends to dissociate in the absence of zn2 + and phenol 通過對(duì)這兩個(gè)模擬所得到的軌跡在原子的平均位置、方均根漲落、方均根偏差、單體之間相互作用、氫鍵網(wǎng)絡(luò)、二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行的比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于包含鋅離子和苯酚的體系,胰島素六聚體的穩(wěn)定性得到了增強(qiáng),但其構(gòu)象柔性卻受到了削弱;對(duì)不含鋅離子和苯酚的體系,胰島素六聚體的穩(wěn)定性明顯減弱,構(gòu)象柔性卻表現(xiàn)得較為突出,在這種情況下,胰島素六聚體還表現(xiàn)出解聚的傾向。
